Phillies TTM: Week of 9/24/12
Two new successes to report this week...
Jake Diekman
Seems like it is not very often that I am able to report a current Phillie success - but, happy to say I have one this week. Led by veterans such as Juan Pierre and Kevin Frandsen, this season's edition of the Phillies have been active TTM signers. I attended Diekman's MLB debut back in May and sent him the two tickets we used. It was nice to get this card back in exchange.
Jim Bunning
HOFer Jim Bunning is no stranger to Phillies TTMers. Over the years Mr. Bunning has signed several items for me. For this round I pulled out the 1971 Phillies team ball. I have not worked on this ball in over a year but Bunning is a key one to acquire. Terry Harmon started the trend of signing with his uniform number. Since then, each guy has included their number - which is a cool touch.
